In the world of office tools there are luxuries (for me, a spiral binding machine keeps me organized and my shelves neat) and there are necessities (stapler, anyone?).

I love my label maker, definitely. It keeps my file folders looking neat and tidy. I got one after reading David Allen’s Getting Things Done and still love labeling *everything* just like he says to.

My multi-line phone. It’s a relic, and all my friends think I should get a new one, but it’s so easy to use I can practically use it in my sleep.

A hair band. I know it’s not really an office supply, but I can’t work unless my hair’s up off my neck, so this is a must-have for me.
