About GirlyPC

GirlyPC is all about your home office and making it look the way you want it to look. We believe technology doesn’t have to be ugly. With easy-to-follow tutorials for cranking up your computer’s performance, and even a tutorial (on the way) for how to build your own projection TV system, we’ve got you covered for bringing better technology into your life in a way that doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb.

After all, what self-respecting gal wants her home to look like a bachelor pad run amok? Not us, that’s for sure!

Basically, if it’ll help make your home office or technology more efficient or more attractive, you’ll find it here. And, if you’d like to submit your workspace to be featured on the site, please do!

About Jessica Zee

Hi! I’m Jessica Zee, editor of GirlyPC. You can find me over on Twitter or contact me.

I’ve been working from a home office for nearly five years and in that time, home organization products have come a long way–they’re finally attractive and don’t stick out like a sore thumb in the home. But, what hasn’t come as far is the technology we rely on to keep ourselves connected and doing our jobs.

I’ve set out to change that in my own home, and now, thanks to this site, I can share with you precisely how to make that happen at *your* home as well!

There are so many sites out there on technology for guys that either a) results in something pretty darn ugly; or b) just plain isn’t practical for the home office. But I believe we gals are just as interested in getting the most from our computers and other techy gear, and saw that what my friends and I really needed was a site just like this one.

Welcome! Enjoy your stay.
