The dogs and I head out for a long walk mid-afternoon. I come back to the office feeling refreshed and ready to work for another hour or two.

I use my Mileta machine to make a yummy latte, grab the book I'm reading, and head out to the sunroom for fifteen minutes or so of completely indulgent reading. Fiction only, please. (And usually its a trashy romance.) Gets my mind off work and is such a luxury.

Real Simple and Chai tea, every day at 2:30 before the kids come bursting through the door from the bus. It's my much-needed me time.
